Cooking classes
In the privacy of your own home, our classes can be personalized to your needs and the food is yours to keep. A great activity for bridal showers, baby showers, bachlorette parties or any other party.  Recipes are included and will be distributed at the beginning of the class. Each class is two hours in length.  The cost is $30-$50 per person, depending on the chosen menu and includes the cost of food.  Minimum of 6 people.









Eat Fit Weight Loss Program
A personalized 8 week program, where you will learn the appropriate number of calories you should consume each day,  healthy meal planning, grocery shopping, basic eating habits, eating out strategies and fitness tips; to make health and wellness easily fit into your lifestyle.  Includes one Personal Training session, a 'kitchen cleanse' and weekly meetings or phone calls. The cost is $295.










Corporate Nutrition Seminars/Presentations

Dinner Parties/Cocktail Parties
Celebrate a special occasion or just impress your friends, family or colleagues and host an in home dinner party.  We will work together to come up with a fabulous and healthy menu and then do all the work so that you can relax have an enjoyable evening. The cost starts at $225 plus the cost of the menu for parties of 10 or less.  A per person charge applies for parties of 10-20 based on the chosen menu.
